Are you ever fatigued during the day?
It can be tough to find yourself tired at a time that others are up and about. Here are several ideas to help deal with the phenomenon.
Good Night Sleep
Dealing with fatigue starts with a good night sleep. If you sleep poorly, it only makes sense that your body will be tired throughout the day. Unfortunately, getting a good night sleep can sometimes be challenging for some seniors. There are ways to deal with this, so if you suffer from poor sleep, seek help. One practice you may find helpful is journaling.
Napping
A good nap can sometimes do wonders to boost your energy. If you have a time that you can go in for a short nap, maybe this will do the trick.
Physical or Emotional Fatigue
Another form of fatigue can be due to physical or emotional fatigue. Dealing with fatigue of this sort needs to address the specific causes. See this short video for how to do that and differentiate between the two.
