Arthritis can be painful. It can be debilitating. And, at times, it can also be eased.

While our support services at Wellington Estates can make it easier by assisting with all sorts of daily tasks, we don’t have the ability to take arthritis away.

The good news, however, is that there are steps you can take to relieve arthritis pain (which, of course, we’ll be glad to assist you with). Here are 3 of them:

Exercise

Exercise helps your joints stay flexible. Just be careful not to do any weight-bearing exercise. Instead, opt for low-impact exercises.

Weight Loss

More weight means more pressure on your joints which means more pain. So, losing a few pounds is more than just looking and feeling better; it’s a burden off of your joints.

Meditation

Dealing with arthritis is hard enough. You don’t need additional stress to make it even harder. That’s why you should start working on reducing your stress-levels so that you’re able to cope better. Meditation is a great way to do this.

Arthritis can be devastating. But, fortunately, there is what to do (at least in terms of easing the pain). Why not give these 3 tips a shot?
